The firm was formed by Mr. Lu Lih Youn as a sole proprietor practice. In the same year, the firm converted into partnership with the joining of Mr. Ong Mun Siong. The firm positioned itself as a regional law firm working closely with its affiliates around the South East Asia region.In 2013, the firm was enlisted in the most prestigious legal firms ranking publisher, Asia Pacific Legal 500. Today, the firm developed into all- service law firm with 8 legal associates and opened its branch at Johore Bahru to expand the southern region of the country.
